For selected orders, a partial advance payment may be required before dispatch. The advance amount may vary depending on the order value, delivery location, or store policy.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Pakistan.

  • Delivery is available through trusted courier partners such as Trax, TCS, or other courier services selected by Shafaf Beauty.

  • Estimated delivery time is generally 2–5 business days, although delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, remote locations, or courier operations.

  • Shipping charges and free shipping offers may change from time to time without prior notice.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must carefully review that policy before making a purchase.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information.

  • Providing a valid contact number.

  • Receiving the parcel at the delivery address.

  • Inspecting the package immediately upon delivery.

If there is any issue with the order, customers should record a continuous unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
